New Cloud Service for QuicDoc® Office

Tracking CEU Credits in QuicDoc Pro and QuicDoc Enterprise

If you are catching up on your required CEU credits this summer, QuicDoc has an easy way to track them. You can record the name of the program, start and end dates (if more than one day), the location, the number of credits, and you can include a note for comments or reminders.

Professional Edition users can access the Continuing Education Credits window from the Users menu in the Users view, Select CEUs for….(your name).

Enterprise users, when logged on as a provider can access the Continuing Education window from the User Information view by clicking the Add button on the bottom of the screen.

Automated Appointment Reminders

There is no doubt that reducing the number of no-shows for appointments can improve productivity and ultimately your bottom line.

With Courtesy Calls, the information for scheduling reminder calls is extracted from your existing QuicDoc or Office Therapy scheduler automatically, so there's no need for additional software or equipment. You can call, text, or email your clients to remind them of scheduled appointments.

Preview what’s New in Office Therapy V12

This video will give you a preview of what’s new in Office Therapy
Version 12. Learn about the new dashboard and the convenient features added to help you and your staff work more efficiently. Office Therapy now has the ability to batch post paper EOBs; the automatic generation of electronic secondary claims; and improvements to performance and tighter integration to retrieve ERAs with our EDI partner TriZetto Provider Solutions®. Social Security Number Removal Initiative Reminder

Get Your Systems Ready!

In our December 2016 Newsletter, we provided you with some advance information about changes regarding the use of Social Security Numbers. As you know, beginning in April 2018, CMS will start mailing Medicare cards with new Medicare Beneficiary Identifiers (MBIs) to all people on Medicare. The 11 digit MBI will replace the Social Security Number (SSN)-based Health Insurance Claim Number for transactions like billing, eligibility status, and claim status after a transition period. According to CMS here is what you can do to make sure your systems are ready:

Visit the Social Security Number Removal Initiative (SSNRI) Home and Provider web pages and Subscribe to the weekly MLN Connects newsletter for updates and new information.

Verify your patients’ addresses. Your patients will not get a new card if their address is not correct. If the address you have on file is different than the Medicare address you get in electronic eligibility transaction responses, ask your patients to correct their address in Medicare’s records through Social Security.
