Kudos for Technical Support Service
We recently surveyed customers who used our technical support services. Overwhelmingly the response to the survey was very positive. Our Technical Support Staff received a rating of 100% for their courtesy, knowledge, and helpfulness. Better yet, there were zero responses indicating dissatisfaction.

Electronic Signature Text in QuicDoc Pro and Enterprise
If you use the electronic signature feature in your QuicDoc Enterprise or Professional software, you can set up text to go with client or other third party signatures such as a parent or guardian who signs notes or treatment plans. This works if using an electronic signature pad, mouse, or other device.
For example, the following text can be used for client or third party signatures, ‘By signing this document, I am agreeing with the treatment plan as prescribed by my treatment team.’
