QuicDoc® and Office Therapy® E-Newsletter |
|
|
From the desk of James B. Miller, Director of Compliance and Quality Control
It's a good thing March has 31 days because it's a month that's packed with events and holidays! From National Professional Social Work Month to St. Patrick's Day to Women's History Month, we have lots to celebrate! DocuTrac pays tribute to social workers and women whose dedication and contributions add to the well being of all people.
March also is the month of the spring equinox, one of two times a year when the sun shines directly on the equator and the length of day and night is nearly equal. In the spring we mark this as a time of rebirth as the warmth brings forth flowers, tree buds, and the anticipation of another summer in the sun.
And Spring is on the horizon here at DocuTrac! We are getting ready to launch a brand new website to make things easy for you. Some of the features include a live chat system and a section on "hot news topics." It is our continuing commitment to offer you the level of superior service that has been the hallmark of our company since 1993. We are constantly looking for ways to make things easy for you to speed through the necessary documentation and billing aspects of your day so that you can spend more time with your patients. |

Each session will be an hour long, and provides an opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding behavioral health billing and insurance practices.
Event information, including a link to register, will be sent via email. We hope you are able to join us! |

QuicDoc and Office Therapy Knowledgebase |
|
|
We are continually updating our Knowledgebase (KB) with new articles for Office Therapy Professional and QuicDoc Professional and Enterprise. If you use Office Therapy and are e-filing, this is the place where you will find help with common errors that result in claim rejections.
Working together as a team, DocuTrac Support, Sales, and Development staff all contribute KB articles to provide useful and accurate answers to customers’ questions.
