This EHR Module is 2014 compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or guarantee the receipt of incentive payments. DocuTrac, Inc. received Ambulatory Certification on October 9, 2014 for QuicDoc Enterprise v8.1.0, Certification ID number 1314E01PO8QIEA1 and Certificate No. 09252014‐2912‐6. The Clinical Quality Measures Certified are as follows: CMS002v3, CMS068v3, CMS069v2, CMS137v2, CMS138v2, CMS156v2, CMS161v2, CMS165v2, CMS169v2; The modules tested are as follows: 170.314(a)(1-15); 170.314(b)(1-5, 7); 170.314(c)(1-3); 170.314(d)(1-8); 170.314(e)(1-3); 170.314(f)(1); 170.314(g)(2-4). Maintenance Auto-Renewal

Maintenance Auto-Renewal is a new service offered by DocuTrac for your convenience!

Auto-Renewal is designed to automatically extend your software Annual Maintenance plan each year at the time of renewal. This means that you will not have to manually perform the renewal process!

Total Medication Adherence and Coordination of Care

Medication adherence is critical when it comes to behavioral health. Providers know that therapy is less effective when patients are not taking their medications as prescribed. DocuTrac recognizes the importance of medication adherence and has partnered with DrFirst to provide solutions for optimal patient care with a full suite of medication management tools including medication adherence monitoring and support, electronic prior authorization, and electronic prescribing of controlled substances (EPCS).

Special Promotion - Retiring Office Therapy Version 10

RetireAs of December 31st, 2014, DocuTrac will retire versions 10.0 – 10.0.40 of Office Therapy Practice Management software.  Services such as phone, email, fax, LiveHelp Support, data recovery, and password retrieval will no longer be available to customers using these versions.  We will still provide product registrations; however for some very early versions, it may not be possible. 

For Version 9 and 10 customers not current on maintenance: Purchase Annual Maintenance for all of your software licenses, sign up for Maintenance Auto Renewal, and receive the upgrade to our latest version FOR FREE!  This is a savings of at least $199.00! If you are running a version older than 9, the upgrade fee is $99.00 during this promotion (all other conditions apply).
